Submission Rules
The Online Photo Club allows three main photography categories: Nature, Sports, and Food. All users must follow the rules carefully when submitting images to ensure the website remains organized, fair, and high quality. All submitted images must be in JPEG format only and must be displayed in landscape orientation so they appear correctly across all pages. In addition, every image must be exactly 450 pixels in width to maintain a consistent layout in the gallery and voting sections. Each category has specific requirements: nature photos must focus on outdoor scenery such as mountains, beaches, forests, skies, and sunsets; sports photos must show action from activities like basketball, soccer, or tennis; and food photos must highlight items such as pizza, burgers, fruit, or desserts with the food as the main subject.
1. All images must be submitted in JPEG format only. Other formats will not be accepted.
2. All photos must be in landscape orientation to ensure proper display on the website.
3. Each image must be exactly 450 pixels in width to maintain consistency across pages.
4. Nature photos must include outdoor scenery such as mountains, beaches, forests, skies, or sunsets.
5. Sports photos must include action shots from sports such as basketball, soccer, or tennis showing movement or gameplay.
6. Food photos must focus on items such as pizza, burgers, fruit, or desserts as the main subject.
7. Only real photographs or screen captures are allowed. Drawings and digital artwork are not accepted.
8. Images that do not follow these rules will not be posted or eligible for voting or winners gallery.
9. Final approval decisions are made by site administrators and are final.
